Pecha Kucha Night No.4 in Panama

PechaKucha Night was devised in Tokyo in February 2003 as an event for young designers to meet, network, and show their work in public.

It has turned into a massive celebration, with events happening in hundreds of cities around the world, inspiring creatives worldwide. Drawing its name from the Japanese term for the sound of "chit chat", it rests on a presentation format that is based on a simple idea: 20 images x 20 seconds. It's a format that makes presentations concise, and keeps things moving at a rapid pace.

In Panama, the First Pecha Kucha Night was organized on January, 20, 2010, and it has been a success among creative people and artists in this country.

The 4th version will take place on December 22, 2010, at 7.00 p.m., at LAS BOVEDAS, Old Quarter, the same place where there used to be dungeons and Victoriano Lorenzo was executed back in 1903.

Artists and creative entrepeneurs such as SANDRA RAMIREZ McKAY, DARIEN MONTAÑEZ, CRISTO ALLENDE, MARGARITA VASQUEZ, JUAN MANUEL CAMBEFORT, NOEL SANCHEZ DE OBALDIA, VICTORIA MURILLO, RAUL ALTAMAR and MANUEL CRUZ will have the night for them to share 20 images x 20 seconds.
